Profs. Pri Narang and Sergio Carbajo

Professor Prineha Narang and collaborator Sergio Carbajo, a UCLA assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering and of physics and astronomy, were recently featured on Voice of America (VOA) news, discussing their research developing highly-sensitive sensors to detect environmental changes.

Narang joined the UCLA faculty in July 2022 leading an interdisciplinary group with research spanning chemistry, physics, and engineering. Before her move to UCLA, she was an Assistant Professor of Computational Materials Science at Harvard University. She earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Caltech.
