UCLA Chemistry & Biochemistry graduate student, Jeffrey Vinokur (The Dancing Scientist), recently appeared on the Queen Latifah Show and Home & Family to perform experiments and share his passion for science.
Vinokur’s appearance on the Queen Latifah Show (a national talk show with 1.2 million viewers) featured dancing and performing various experiments, including the use of sucrose to create “rocket fuel”. His appearance on Home & Family, a national daily talk show on the Hallmark Channel, focused on fun and easy scientific experiments that parents can do at home with their children. Vinokur will be returning to Home & Family later in May for another appearance.
