The Biochemistry Seminar Series (Chem 268) is offered during the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. During the Fall, Biochemistry faculty present an overview of their current research. In the Winter, distinguished faculty from around the world are invited to speak on their own area of study. Finally, during the Spring quarter, third-year Biochemistry graduate students present a midstream seminar relating to their doctoral research.

Attendance at the Chem 268 seminars is mandatory for all first-year Biochemistry graduate students, however, all seminars are open to the public.
